Likewise I bought a Savage after a few years off bikes, and it really is like a 2nd childhood - It keeps me feeling young ! I enjoy the way a common interest brings both young & old motorcyclists together.
After I bought the Savage most of my old mates that had owned bikes got jealous / interested and have gone and purchased one. Most got no end of flak from the misses about how dangerous they are, what do you need a bike for? blah blah. So You must have an understanding wife eh ! ;)
